There is no actual war going on between the critics and the masses. Everyone is connected to Indian as well as International film industry at some level so they fancy watching movies. Out of these fans some of the people go on to choose movie reviewing as a career.
The critics help the public make the right choice in terms of what they want to watch. It is not imperative that both the parties should agree on the same point and not have difference of opinion while appreciating a certain cinematic piece.
